Self-Assessment of Cryptographic Algorithms

To guide submitters to conduct effective performance self-assessment of implementations for cryptographic algorithms (including public-key algorithms and cryptographic hash algorithms), the Institute of Commercial Cryptography Standards hereby releases guidelines for performance self-assessment on four implementation platforms, namely x86, ARM, FPGA and ASIC.
